The presenting author of each paper must complete the registration process including payment before July 15, 2012 to ensure your presentation and publication.
Supporting Program
The Taiwan Agricultural Information Technology Association (TAITA) provides a supporting program for participant travel and living expense awards. The purpose of this award is to encourage the interested participants to attend and present their research findings in AFITA/WCCA 2012.
There will be 5 winners, each of them is provided 500 USD travel support; besides partial support for travel, awardees also will be waived registration fees. This award only applies to applicants from the following countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Kiribati, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Vietnam and Yemen.
Eligibility:
a). Submit abstract(s) and be the first and presenting author of the abstract(s);
b). Provide an official letter to prove your status by the Department / Institution / Organization;
c) Provide curriculum vitae (within 2 pages) and a copy of the information page of your passport.
For those who would like to apply for the award, please write to the Conference Secretariat directly and send the application form with other needed documents (within one PDF file) after submitting your abstract through the online submission system before 00:00 May 7, 2012 (GMT+8). Awardees will be notified by June 1, 2012.
