How to Register
- Online registration will be made through the conference website. If you experience technical difficulties with online registration system, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
- To be entitled to the full-time student discount, student must upload proof of full-time status: school registration receipt, student ID, or a signed letter from the faculty advisor while processing online registration.
- Registration fee can only paid by Telegraph Transfer.
- To be entitled to the early registration reduced rates, payment must be completed before August 1st, 2012.
- Registrants must email/fax the receipt of your payment to the Conference Secretariat with your registration number after remittance.

Letter of Invitation
Participants may request invitation letter from the Conference Secretariat. The invitation is issued for the purpose of entry visa application and is not a commitment from the AFITA/WCCA organizers to provide financial aid to any applicant or their accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the applicant.
